Represented a tenant overcharged for capital improvements incorrectly classified as ordinary repairs. The amortization per GAAP useful life lease language saved the tenant $750,000.  

Represented a tenant that was overcharged due to an incorrect lower operating expense base year amount resulting in a $1,025,000 savings.

Performed due diligence procedures for a client before purchasing a property. Saved the buyer $150,000 for a tenant improvement liability to be reimbursed at the back end of the lease.
